Molly plays in the Snow!

Molly loves to play in the snow! Her favorite thing to do is to dig for her red ball. She will literally do this for an hour if we let her! Too cute!

28 Week Ultrasound!

Yesterday I had my 28week doc appt. Everything went great...baby Tyler is healthy and doing well. He is no longer breech so that is good. They gave us one picture from the ultrasound...its not a very clear one though. I guess the further along you get the harder the image is to make out. But it is a picture of his face. I can only make out his eyes (which you can now see the two sepearte lids, the upper and lower) and his nose which looks pretty wide if you ask me.

November happenings!

We have been very busy the past couple of weeks! We had Parker's baptism. It was so wonderful to be a part of such a special moment in his life. Vince is so excited to be his godfather. We also had our annual buffalo grove turkey bowl! Every year the neighborhood where I grew up gets together Thanksgiving morning to "tailgate" before the big turkey bowl football game starts. It is so nice to see everyone come back to Buckthorn Ter. once a year to catch up on each other lives. It is especially fun now that all the families are extending too! Also, we put up all our lights in and out and put up our tree! We hope everyone has had a great thanksgiving just like we did!!! Next week I have another ultrasound...YEAH!!! Can't wait to see how much he has grown!

More Nursery in Progress Pics

Vince enjoyed putting the crib together. It actually didn't take too long at all. Then we got the dresser in there. Also, here is just a cute picture of Molly!

The Nursery So Far!

First Vince had to put up the chair rail and crown. Then he had paint the room blue. Then add some green and then add some brown!

Here he is at 11 weeks. You can see how much he grew in just 3 weeks. Starting to actually look like a baby. This picture is looking at his back. So his head is on the left side of the picture and butt on the right side. You can see his arms and legs too.

First Entry about Tyler

Hi everyone. Just wanted to post our first entry about baby Tyler. Things are going great with the pregnancy. During the whole pregnancy, so far, my only complaint was being tired. I was fortunate enough to have had no sickness or any other problems. All the doctor appointments have gone really well too! Just recently we found out we are expecting a baby boy...Tyler Joseph. His official due date is February 28th. We are both so excited and can't wait to meet him! As soon as we found out it was going to be a boy Vince went to work on the nursery. He put so much hard work into putting up crown and chair rail in the room and then worked on the painting of the room. All his hard work paid off because it looks so good!!! We even have a few pieces of furniture in there now. Over the next couple of months we will get a few more pieces in there and finish it off with decor for the final touches. Things are really coming along! Here are a few pics of what has been happening so far. These are pics from my first ultrasound at 8wks, my second ultrasound at 11 weeks and my third one at 20weeks. It's amazing to see how much he has grown over the past 23 weeks. Also, here are some pics of the nursery coming together!
