Snow Day

Today was the best day after Christmas ever! It snowed and snowed and snowed! It was a perfect day to snuggle up inside, just the three of us! Tyler loved playing with all his new toys and for the first time ever Tyler played in the snow...well not really played but we bundled him up nice and warm and took him outside to sit in the snow. He was in complete awe! He loved watching the snow fall all around him! It was too precious! And of course Molly had the best day ever running around in the snow...she is still our adorable snow puppy!

Christmas Day

After Tyler's first nap we headed over to Vince's Aunts house for Christmas Day! Every year the "kids" come up with a theme and surprise all the Aunts and Uncles...one year bad sweater, one year xmas pajamas and this year... white trash xmas! It was so funny to see how into it some people got! Regardless of the theme we had a wonderful time and it always so great to see everyone.

Christmas Morning

Tyler gives molly a present!

Tyler's first Christmas was wonderful and something Vince and I will remember forever! This will probably be the only Christmas where we are up before Tyler...he slept in until 8am. When we went to go get him Christmas morning he had such a wonderful smile. We turned on just his Christmas tree which he just adores! After snuggling in his room for a few minutes we went straight down stairs to see all the presents Santa brought for Tyler! He truly enjoyed opening his gifts. He really loved pulling the wrapping paper off the presents. A few gifts he liked right away was his "cell phone" and blocks. Christmas morning he also played a lot with his farm house he got from Grammie and Pop-pop. After all his presents were open Tyler enjoyed relaxing and playing with his toys before Grandma and Grandpa came over to open more presents! Tyler loved his new swing for the basement and his first tool bench from Grandma and Grandpa! Here are the pictures from Christmas morning...
P.S. Tyler was by far the best present we received this Christmas and we felt so blessed and happy to have our first family Christmas together...it was more wonderful and special than we ever could have imagined!

Christmas Eve

Xmas with the Jenks Family

Our second annual get together with the Jenks family for Christmas was so much fun! Thank you Krissy, Kyle and Evan for coming out to us this year! We had a great time! Next year will be wild with the boys running around!

December Videos

The first video is Tyler in his walker...he loves going around and around the whole house! In the second video T.J. is playing in the pantry...he loves taking everything he can reach off the shelves and I love it because it keeps him busy while I cook! In the third video it is Tyler getting caught with toilet paper for the first time! Okay...he thought he was caught red handed but I knew he was doing it the whole time...I just let him have the fun because every kid needs to have a toilet paper incident!!!

St. Nick's Day

Grandma and Grandpa dropped off a few things that St. Nicholas left for Tyler at their house. At Grandma and Grandpa's house St.Nick always left his gifts in a stocking instead of a shoe!

Every Dec 5th make sure to put your shoe outside your bedroom door because if you do St. Nick will come and leave you a little gift! Dec 6th Tyler woke up to his very first St. Nicholas day to find a few special things in his shoe!

Oh Christmas Tree

Tyler loved helping put up the Christmas tree...well mostly he played with all the lights. I love these shots of him. The color effect is too fun! The other pictures are of Tyler hanging up his first Christmas Ornament. Great Grandma Tyler told me to tell you thank you...it is sooo cute and something he can have to remember always!
